Summary
I would love to see a team mission where Weir goes along for some reason and gets to be more part of the action (especially if she and Sheppard end up separated from the rest of the team). Maybe some Sheppard whump and Weir watching his back/patching him up/keeping him going long enough to fix whatever went wrong and get back to the rest of the team. I love all the sassy banter among the team too!
Whatever direction you go with the plot, I don't like open romance between Sheppard and Weir; I much prefer the way they flirt and banter around the edges of their feelings, obviously deeply care for each other but never define the relationship.

Summary
I would love to see a story where Sheppard is the only person protecting a group of science and admin people, Weir has to keep them all calm and on task while Sheppard tries to buy time or hold back the enemy or whatever. I like seeing that unspoken understanding between Weir and Sheppard as leaders both trying to keep everyone alive and well, the way they'll exchange grim looks and then give everyone else smiles as they try to keep morale up. Maybe all the scientists are trying to save the day so Weir is the one on comms with Sheppard trying to keep *his* morale up while he protects them, maybe he gets hurt and she has to keep him going long enough for the scientists to solve things, but the two of them are supporting each other no matter what.
